I spent $100.00 on one of those fleshlight things and never received it. The tracking number I received says it was delivered. Well, they lied. I get the feeling that the Fleshlight company scams a lot of people, as I've heard this happening to others before.
Take my advice, don't spend your money on the Fleshlight company. They are sketchy as fck. Probably have better luck avoiding an STD from a hooker.

The flashlight pink that I purchased is like a brick in weight...these products are made to suit the 10% of men with well above endowment average size...I purchased a $20 similar product and found it a lot more pleasurable...fleshlight do make a pilot range that is better suit to average sizes, tho it dose not have female like entries, not a turn on.

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Never received my order. Company claims that USPS delivered my package to my mailbox. How can a four pound package filled with sex toys fit inside a small mail slot? I emailed, no response. I called, no response. I wasted $150 bucks on these scammers.

Mediocre product made of questionable materials at a high price simply due to the name. It's not the worst in the world, but you can get better products made form actual platinum cured silicone elsewhere. Your body will thank you.

I ordered a product from fleshlighteu and promptly received an email from their courier service(ups) saying the delivery was due around a week later. I then received an email claiming the product was delayed due to brexit I have since received an email every day saying delivery updated but there is no info beyond that.
I contacted customer service and informed them of my concerns. I received a reply saying they have known deliveries take up to 60 days. There is however nothing on the site or in the correspondence to alert the consumer that this is the case.

Their delivery process is lengthy and broken.
My parcel is lost, the courier asked to contact the shipper, and they are just ignoring me providing template messages.

It is better to just buy the brand (because they are good) from more reliable retailers at the same price.

We planned it as a gift to someone and now we have to look for something else.

I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!

Horrible customer service. Will take money tell you it’s shipping and then it doesn’t ship. They don’t respond to emails and will lie regarding the updates. Couldn’t give product review because I’m still waiting on order. They say it’s discrete but they don’t tell you that you’ll be in the dark on when you’ll actually get the product. Good luck!
